Pricing has two parts: a one-off setup fee to get your system configured properly, and a monthly portal and support fee to keep it running and improving.

Innov8Hub is designed so each business has its own workspace. Customer, job and invoice information is kept separate between businesses, and access is controlled through secure login. The goal is to keep the system simple for the owner while still treating customer information responsibly.
You do. Your customer, job and invoice data remains your business information. Innov8Hub provides the system, setup and support, but the operating data belongs to the business using it.
Yes. If you cancel, we can help provide a reasonable export of your core business data such as customers, jobs and invoices, subject to your plan, account status and any agreed support arrangements.
SMS messages should only be sent to customers or leads where there is a legitimate business reason or appropriate consent. Innov8Hub can help set up practical SMS workflows, but each business is responsible for using SMS in a way that complies with Australian requirements, including consent, identification and opt-out expectations.
Yes. SMS workflows are written so customers understand which business is contacting them, what the message is about, and what action they need to take.
Yes. The monthly portal and support fee can be cancelled in line with the agreed terms. If you cancel, access to the portal and ongoing support may end after the paid period. Any custom handover or data export support can be discussed as part of cancellation.
No. Innov8Hub is designed to help with job tracking, customer follow-up, invoice workflows and operational visibility. It does not replace accounting, tax or bookkeeping advice. Where needed, the system can support cleaner handover to your bookkeeper or accountant.
No. Most business owners do not need to come with a technical brief. Start by explaining what takes up time, what feels messy and where follow-up breaks down. Innov8Hub will help map the simplest next step.
In some cases, yes. For selected clients, Innov8Hub may offer a performance-based component linked to clearly defined and measurable growth outcomes, such as attributed leads, booked jobs or new revenue. These arrangements are assessed case-by-case and require clear agreement on attribution, tracking, responsibilities, payment timing and commercial terms.
